At Pizza Nova, we're proud to announce that our pepperoni is now made without the use of antibiotics or hormones. Apart from being delicious and our most-popular topping, it's made from a mix of beef and pork that's Canadian-raised and vegetable grain-fed. Sourcing pepperoni that is made without the use of antibiotics or hormones is a pizza industry first in Canada. Honestly, it's the best pepperoni we could make.

The base of any good pizza is its dough. Ours is made fresh daily with only the finest Canadian Prairie wheat and 100% purified water. With no transfats, you get the best in every bite - whether you choose our regular or whole wheat dough for your pizza.

Our gluten free multigrain crusts are infused with flaxseeds and brown rice to give them fantastic flavour and texture. What you won't find are any transfats, eggs, milk, lactose or cholesterol in the mix. They're also baked in stone ovens following strict guidelines in order to ensure purity and avoid cross contamination.
